Welcome to the Health and Well-Being website
‘Working for a better, healthier life for everyone in Knowsley’ is the vision of Knowsley’s new Health and Well-being Partnership. Things are changing for the better locally – health is improving, older people are more independent, disabled people have more choice and children’s life chances are much better. However, many challenges remain, so a new, powerful Partnership between the Primary Care Trust and the Council has been developed to focus resources on the people who need them most.Adults
